Now Hiring: Enrollment Coordinator (Full Time)
Support financial advisors and plan administrators by preparing enrollment materials for client meetings, updating and organizing participant data, and processing enrollment paperwork.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain an effective enrollment process
- Organize and maintain internal client records used for enrollment meetings
- Coordinate and revise ongoing client census communications for future enrollments
- Oversee the preparation and creation of enrollment packets
- Enroll and update participant records in retirement plans via the recordkeeping websites
- Retain communication reports consisting of census and payroll information
- Provide ongoing communication with client HR and Payroll personal
- Answer client questions regarding eligibility, enrollment, deferrals, and beneficiary forms
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update participant notices/documents
- Backup and cross train on other departments
- Other duties as assigned – Participate in various projects or initiatives
Position Qualifications:
- Industry Experience and working knowledge preferred
- High degree of accuracy with attention to detail required
- Work independently and with others in a small office environment
- Must have extensive experience with Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professionalism and courtesy in dealing with fellow employees and clients
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, not required
- Uphold a high degree of confidentiality
