Plan Compliance

As Plan Compliance Managers Judi acts as overall case managers and primary Associated Pension Services, Inc. contacts. She is responsible for annual plan administration as well as IRS and DOL compliance for our clients.

Fiduciary Services

All of our retirement plans are designed and managed by Associated Pension Services, Inc., and meet the requirements of the Internal Revenue Service codes, as well as IRS and the Department of Labor compliance requirements.

Participant Services 

Our participant services team has over 40 years of combined experience educating and helping plan participants navigate all the components of their retirement plans. They educate your staff regarding compliance requirements, process necessary paperwork, including loans and hardships, as well as educate your participants about their available retirement investment options. They can also help establish rollover accounts for participants who have accrued balances from prior employer plans.
